Customer Pick Up & Return

We are pleased to offer customer pick up and return for smaller orders.Our warehouse is centrally located in Burnaby and our hours of operation are:

Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Saturday, 9am -4pm

Deliveries and Pick-ups

For orders of $500 or more we are pleased to offer Delivery and Pick up services for an additional charge. 

Please note standard delivery rates are based on “curb to curb” service; additional charges will apply for long-carries, stairs, elevators or installations. These services are billed in 15-minute increments at a rate of $20/15 minutes.

To ensure a successful pick up please ensure all rental items are gathered together, stacked safely and that all items are returned in the containers they were shipped in.Orders that are not prepared for pick up will incur additional charges as outlined above.

For orders that can be accommodated by our Sprinter Van.:

  • Regular Delivery Window:
    • M-S, 9am to 5pm – $50.00, one way
  • Half Day Delivery Window:
    • M-S, Morning (9am-1pm) – $75, one way
    • M-S, Afternoon (1pm-4pm) – $75, one way
  • Custom Delivery Window:
    • M-S, 30 minutes window of your choice – $100, one way
  • After Hours Delivery Window:
    • M-S, 5pm – 9am – $200, one way
    • Sundays – $200, one way
    • Holidays – $200, one way

For orders that require our 5 Ton Box Truck:

  • Half Day Delivery Window:
    • M-S, Morning (9am-1pm) – $325, one way
    • M-S, Afternoon (1pm-4pm) – $325, one way
  • Custom Delivery Window:
    • M-S, 30 minutes window of your choice – $400, one way
  • After Hours Delivery Window:
    • M-S, 6pm – 8am – $600, one way
    • Sundays – $600, one way
    • Holidays – $600, one way
